Paul Dennistonnn is the creator of Grief Yoga, a practice that blends Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Laughter Yoga and Let Your Yoga Dance in order to channel and release anger and locate healing after grief and loss. As someone who has taught Grief Yoga to over 5,000+ therapists, counselors and healthcare professionals around the world, Paul also shares this practice with cancer support groups, bereavement groups and addiction groups and in workshops focused on healing after a breakup, divorce or betrayal.
