ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Join Elena Brower, artist, podcast host, yoga luminary and author of the Art of Attention, Practice You and forthcoming book, Being You: A Journal (Sounds True, on sale 1.19.21) for a well-paced exploration of sustainable growth and calm amidst change.
This virtual event combines a short, potent yoga and meditation practice with contemplative journaling. Brower says, “When we open the body, it’s easier to soften and release what grips the mind.” As a clear evolution of her previous work, Being You leaves more room for you to write, feel and create within its pages.
Note: Each ticket includes your own copy of Elena Brower’s book Being You: A Journal. The book will be mailed after the event to participants with a current U.S. mailing address. We do not ship outside of the U.S.
Note: This program will be offered online. Sessions of all our online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for 90 days.
