Brett Cotter, author and founder of Stress Is Gone, helps people release and overcome anxiety, traumatic memories and fear. Through these simple techniques Brett was able to find inner peace and let go of anger and jealousy that held him back. In this 2 part online workshop, Brett will help us do group release work, one-on-one laser coaching and meditation. The exercises taught will result in the following:

  • Release pain from past trauma, difficult relationships or lost loved ones
  • Dissolve the hidden blocks to self-love and happiness 
  • Feel uplifted and reconnected to our strength, inner peace and most importantly ourselves

These techniques were designed to help us feel lighter, calmer, freer, and empowered. Brett’s compassionate approach makes it easy for anyone to engage and experience with this powerful healing modality.
