Music and Psychedelic Therapy

with Anthony Bossis, PhD, Silvia Nakkach, MA, MMT

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

An Evening Workshop
Monday, May 2, 2022 | 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm ET

Music is widely considered integral for meaningful emotional and imagery experiences and self-exploration during psychedelic therapy. It transforms through its elicitation of anthropomorphic, transportive, synesthetic and material sensations. In a therapeutic session music can evoke and support emotional experiences, intense memories, thoughts and elicit a deep sense of embodied transformation.

During this webinar we will explore the evolution, protocols and practices that support Psychedelic therapies. We will also look at ways to allow therapists and patients to customize musical sequences to best serve as a support for therapeutic work.

Note: This program will now be offered online. It will be recorded and shared with registrants after each online program for three months (90 days).
