Connect with Your Core Self. Step away from your hectic day to quiet your mind and nourish your soul with a thirty-minute meditation experience. Learn simple Kundalini Yoga breathing techniques and meditations that reduce stress, increase your focus, balance your emotions and magnify your presence.
This session takes place in a chair and will include:

- breathing techniques
- deep relaxation
- and meditation
Feel refreshed and re-energized! Beginners and experienced meditators welcome. No change of clothes or yoga mat needed.
We will be delighted to welcome you to our virtual classroom for a live online experience, this event is not recorded.
