We are living in a time when many people are suffering from worry, anxiety and stress. Herbal remedies are very effective in helping to heal these emotional states in gentle and profound ways. This evening we will explore how to use herbs to strengthen the nervous system, release tension, and calm anxiety. We will cover the use of herbs, foods, flower essences and homeopathic remedies to support a settled nervous system.
This program can be taken as an individual session, or as a combo of 2 sessions with Replenishing Hope: Faith & Healing in a Time of Climate Change.
