ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
One of the most powerful and complete means for awakening, healing and transformation is chakra practice. Central to the yoga tradition, chakras are spiritual, psychological and emotional energy centers that exist within the human subtle body. In this class we will explore the unique purpose and function of each chakra and how to use the methods of yoga and tantra—including mantra, breath practice, mudra (hand seals) and meditation— to clear karmas that obstruct your healing and spiritual expansion.
“Thomas Amelio is amazing! So knowledgeable and personable. He is a fantastic teacher and I hope to take another one of his classes soon!”
