In this workshop we will learn to heal and revitalize, while in the process of learning. Qigong is the ancient healing art of China. The practice provides specific routines that contain the healing technologies of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Buddhist Mindfulness and Taoist Longevity, exercises and moving meditation practices, ultimately providing an integrated practice for the mind, body and spirit.
This workshop includes: a short presentation on Qigong Theories of Yin/Yang & Five Elements; and Qigong Practices: Relaxation Technique for Every Day; Mind Calming Routine for Restful Sleep; Detoxification Practice; Immune Building Routine; Energy Revitalization Process; Healing Sounds & Movement Routines for Organ Health; Walking Qigong and mini-practice routines: Washing the Buddha; Essence Qigong and Bone Marrow Cleanse.

3-DAY MIX & MATCH QIGONG PRACTICE SET
Three hours, each of which can be accessed as a One-Day Qigong Session Set. In addition each of the One-Day Session Sets are segmented, so that the components can be reconfigured into a variety of practice sets over a longer period of time. (Value $75.00)
Note: This program will be offered online. Sessions of all our online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for 90 days.

- Prerequisites: N/A
- Supplies list for the class: You will need to have water to sip as needed, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, a chair or pillow to sit upon and a piece of natural wood to assist in cleansing.
- Zoom Software Requirements: This is an online course that requires Zoom webinar software. Zoom is easy to use. Click HERE to make sure your computer is set-up correctly.

Kathryn Davis, who has 30 years’ experience as a teacher of qigong and other meditation and energy healing systems (including: Reiki, EnergyFieldology™, Toltec shamanic healing and the Cherokee-based Sandlin Technique), is certified by the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and has engaged in extensive study in both the U.S. and China.
