WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
In this three-session course renowned herbalist Robin Rose Bennett will share her wealth of knowledge to help us learn how to maximize the use of herbal remedies to maintain the health of our crucially important nervous system and address challenges related to it. We will explore several ways in which the mysterious nervous system may hold the ultimate key to our health. Neurons exist virtually everywhere in our bodies and are the messengers coordinating the working relationships between all our internal systems.
We’ll explore how to use herbs such as sage, oat straw, lavender, basil, St. John’s wort, nettles, mullein and Solomon’s seal to help address pain, nerve damage, inflammation, anxiety, MS, depression, neuropathy, headaches and much more.
