Are you ready to step into your most vibrant expression of health? Most of the time we tend to feel lethargic or even anxious if we are not giving ourselves the specific care that our birth chart asks for. We each have vastly different needs in health, and in this workshop, we will learn how to decipher yours.
Your astrological chart is your energy blueprint. It reveals your body’s ideal state of health and also susceptibility points. Explore the connection between your soul and body through the lens of astrology. You’ll discover how your emotional patterns manifest in the body and the actions you can take to stay healthy depending on your birth chart. We will conduct a cosmic body scan where you can locate the areas calling you to focus and heal.
