WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
JourneyDance™ combines freestyle and structured movement to inspire us to get out of our minds and into our bodies. It leads us on a ritual journey of physical and emotional transformation that, through breath, sweat and expression, gives us a palpable experience of ourselves as a pure flow of powerful energy. We dance barefoot without mirrors or judgment. It’s not about learning steps, it’s about revealing, recovering and re-discovering our natural intuitive movement and activating our imagination.
Topic highlights include:
- We borrow from improvisational dance, yoga, ritual, theater and shamanic practices to a soundtrack of inspiring world music, creating an ecstatic celebration of the human spirit.
- Come be empowered, enlivened, embodied and elevated and reconnect with your innate state of joyous well-being.
Note: This program will be offered online. Sessions of all our online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for 90 days.
