ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
An Evening Workshop
Friday, November 19, 2021, 6:00 – 8:00 pm ET
Neuroplasticity: Changes in grey matter induced by training is the title of a landmark study published in 1994. The study demonstrated that adults who learned to juggle showed measurable positive changes in their brains.
In this dynamic, and inspiring program you’ll learn to juggle in a way that will help you:
- Accelerate all your learning
- Improve your learning ability as you age
- Manage complexity and thrive on chaos by gracefully keeping a number of things “up in the air” at the same time
- Approach mistakes creatively as you learn to “let the balls drop”
- Balance your body and strengthen your brain coherence.
This class will be engaging, energizing and lots of fun. It’s open to all and especially wonderful for anyone who believes that they ‘don’t have good hand/eye coordination’.
Please join us to learn to juggle and cultivate neuroplasticity for clarity and building your brain strength.
Note: This program will be offered online. Sessions of all our online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for 90 days.
