The Mindful Art of Visual Listening

with Nikki Kurt

A Weekly Series
(4 Sessions) Tuesdays, April 13 – May 4, 2021, 7:00 – 9:00 pm ET

Learn how to masterfully capture the energy of words through simple visuals.

In this 4-week course, you will become a more mindful listener and creative communicator as you harness the power of words through visuals. Stories are the most important way to transfer information, feelings and lessons. In this life, it is equally important to be the observer giving space for another person to share from the heart, as well as being fully seen and heard through your own sharing from the heart. The bridge that is created by holding this container is truly sacred.

This course will allow you to experience both roles as you develop your emotional connection to words and symbols, alongside storytelling. By learning this technique of visual note-taking, you can build stronger bridges in all areas of your life! If you are looking for a deeper connection to your self expression, creativity, listening and retention capabilities, this program is for you!

+ All open minds are welcome
+ No artistic background needed, don’t worry if you can’t draw, I’ll teach you how to create in a new way
+ We will be focused on letters, words, symbols, active listening, and storytelling

Note: If you enrolled in Nikki Kurt’s Visual Mantra Workshop on April 6th, don’t forget to redeem your 10% discount code when enrolling for the weekly series. (Discount code can be found in your payment receipt, or email sona@opencenter.org).
