Qigong consists of two components, movement and meditation, yang and yin. In this class you will learn rare, seated meditation and visualization methods to absorb qi, healing energy, from the sun and moon and Five Element Healing to recharge the liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys with the energies of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. We close with Ru Jing, “Entering Tranquility”: a deep state of mindfulness, stillness and peace.

Note: This program will be offered online. Sessions of all our online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for 90 days.
