Catharine DeLong is a certified music-thanatologist, tending to the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of palliative patients with her harp and voice. She provides music-thanatology sessions, as well as chaplaincy services to hospice patients in Salt Lake City. Catharine provides remote music sessions for isolated and underserved patients in Wisconsin, Alabama, and NYC. She shares music as a means of helping individuals and their loved-ones experience death as a natural passage. As an end-of-life educator Catharine also participates in events related to climate thanatology.
