The Stress Is Gone Method: The Keys to Transforming Anxiety Into Clarity

(4 Sessions) Wednesdays, May 12 – June 2, 2021, 7:00 – 8:30 pm ET

The Stress Is Gone Method quickly releases layers of accumulated stress by:

(1) identifying the unconscious fear fueling the stress
(2) locating where that fear lives inside the body
(3) freeing the body from fear on a cellular level by reconnecting with our spirit through the power of the spoken word.

We will learn how to release physical, mental and emotional stress, often processing decades of built-up tension in minutes. You will experience a feeling that is lighter and clearer after each release.

These exercises are designed to help you:

  • re-pattern your reaction to stress triggers
  • heal the heart
  • vent anxiety before it overwhelms you
  • release traumas
  • process difficult relationships
  • and much more

This method will give you the opportunity to break free from the daily struggles with anxiety and stress and create the space and time you need to explore who you can be.

Note: This workshop series is most helpful for those who carry extreme levels of stress and are ready to let it all go. Students will participate in an answer/question method to identify their individual stress patterns during each week’s exercises.
