Open Center LIVE: The Contemporary Psychedelic Resurgence

What You’ll Learn

Anthony Bossis is one of the leading psychologists researching the clinical use of the psychedelic compound, psilocybin with those dealing with intense existential distress or fear of death. A long-time palliative care therapist, his pioneering work has been featured in Michael Pollan’s book, How to Change your Mind and in a new film, Death, Dying and Psychedelics.

Today he is in conversation with Ralph White and Ross Guttler about his work and about the upcoming Open Center series on The Psychedelic Renaissance which includes many of the leading figures researching this fascinating and resurgent field. Join us for 45 minutes exploring the extraordinary healing properties of psychedelic plants long known and used by indigenous cultures, and their great potential to relieve suffering and provide transcendent experiences for those in profound need.
