In this post-pandemic period, we need a new kind of resilience as we’re left to assess and negotiate the ever shifting risk of taking in full breaths around other people. Today, in the privacy and safety of your own home you can find joy, transformation and resilience in ecstatic breathing. Â
Breath is your greatest source of energy and aliveness. It can produce so much pleasure, it will amaze you. In this workshop we will learn and practice a variety of simple breath techniques that you can put together to create unlimited erotic and spiritual possibilities. Then we’ll use them to explore the vast range of orgasms which lie beyond those achieved by genital stimulation, such as emotion-gasms, inspiration-gasms, spirit-gasms, creation-gasms, and resilience-gasms. Finally, we’ll practice energy orgasm techniques that you’ll be able to incorporate into whatever kind of sex, play or meditation you enjoy.
