How did you become interested in this line of work? (tell us a little bit about your background)
I’ve always loved arts, theatre and public speaking. I majored in Journalism and Communications at Temple University. Somehow I ended up in sales! But I still remained creative hosting local spoken word events and staying connected to the holistic and light worker communities.
Please share a wellness tip or word of advice that relates to the workshop you will be presenting.
Our voices and words are so powerful. Wellness includes positive self-talk and immersing yourself in positive material.
What or who inspires you? (This could be anything from your mentor to your favorite quote)
My favorite quote always helps ground me: From Marianne Williamson:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure… …as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
What personal or professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
I’m most proud professional or personally whenever I’ve been able to present an ‘out of the box’ idea and creatively bring it to life. It demonstrates unexpected possibilities.
