Opening Doors Episode 1: QiGong with William Kaplanidis
In this inaugural episode, Ross practices Qigong for the first time with William J. Kaplanidis, licensed acupuncturist and creator of the Acudragon® Wellness System.
“Somehow this was only my first time practicing Qigong and I’ve already begun incorporating it into my morning routine. William Kaplanidis’s story is such powerful validation that I went in with a hopeful rather than cautious or sometimes even circumspect attitude I may bring to other modalities. Having transitioned my yoga practice in recent years to more breathwork than movement, I really appreciate the breathing + movement flow of Qigong. I’ve also had a lot of injuries that my session with William hit on. At the end, I felt relaxed, soft and very light. I would not recommend the combo of moves we did for the middle of the day as you wouldn’t want to jump right into work. You’re too blissed out. But William said there are many other combos that are more energizing and would be appropriate for other circumstances.” – Ross Guttler
