This is a discussion in honor of Dr. King recorded via zoom. I was joined by my father Timothy Simonson (Ithaca College) & Rev. Darius Thomas (Wilberforce/Yale).

We open up with a quick meditation and proceed to go into an in-depth conversation on Dr. King and the effects he has had on our experience.

Take a mindful listen as we calmly flow through a variety of applicable topics.

From the 1960s -2021 we shed light on certain truths and acknowledge the legacy of Dr. King as spiritual leader and human rights activist.
